Tip: Include a few details about who you are, and what you are looking for in a housemate or renter. Are there any pets in the home? Are pets allowed? Are smokers allowed? Describe the Room or Apartment. Are there any amenities, i.e. pool, tennis courts, pedways, trails, waterways, views, or things that make your place special? Adding photos increases trust and improves search results.
